new start : 49 yr old Male

single dad sometimes has daughter (6yrs old) would like to rent room in a house with a family w/kids but not a must. im disabled but require no special treatment (wheelchair access ect...) I do have a limited income ssi disability but could afford up to 650.00 if everything was included. im a pretty good guy and easy to get along with.
